Utility design

Holding $SUSHILENS does not by itself grant API access. Paid tiers are recorded in the ApiAccessRegistry contract, written only by SubscriptionManager or an admin — and the gateway reads only that registry.

API ecosystem access

Pay for Builder / Scale plans in $SUSHILENS through SubscriptionManager, which records the tier in ApiAccessRegistry. The gateway only reads the registry — holding tokens grants nothing by itself.
